This Refund Policy applies to online appointment bookings made through our website and covers consultations with Yüksel & Yüksel Law Consultancy Inc.
If a scheduled consultation is cancelled by our office, or does not take place because of technical issues on our side or other reasons within our control, the booking fee is refunded in full.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may receive a full refund or be rescheduled.
If you do not attend the appointment without notice, the booking fee is not refunded. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, the transaction may take 5 to 10 business days.
