Born in 1973 in Eskişehir, Cemal Okan Yüksel completed his primary and secondary education in Eskişehir and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, beginning his legal career. Coming from a family of lawyers, our founder started working at Yüksel & Yüksel Law Office, which has been operating in Turkey since 1981. With over 25 years of legal experience, he has gained significant legal expertise in Turkey and now brings this expertise to the international stage through Yüksel & Yüksel Law Consultancy Inc., serving Turkish citizens living in Canada.
Throughout his career, Yüksel has held active roles in various civil society organizations and professional formations, including positions such as Press Spokesperson for Eskişehirspor, Member of the Eskişehir Bar Association Internship Training Committee, and Chairman of the Disciplinary Board of the Eskişehir Young Businessmen Association (ESGİAD).
In his political career, he was elected as a Member of Parliament for the 25th and 26th terms from the Republican People's Party (CHP) and served two terms in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM). During his membership in the TBMM Justice Committee, Yüksel actively participated in legislative processes and also served as the Chief Advisor to the CHP Leader, Member of the CHP Women and Children's Rights Review and Monitoring Committee, and Member of the CHP Group Disciplinary Board.
