This Refund Policy applies to online appointment bookings made through our website for consultations with Yüksel & Yüksel Law Consultancy Inc.
If your scheduled meeting does not take place due to a cancellation by our office, technical issues on our side, or other circumstances within our control, you are eligible for a full refund of the booking fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
If you miss the appointment without notice, the booking fee is non-refundable. We may offer to reschedule at our discretion.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider and may take 5 to 10 business days.
